New Traffic Patterns Upcoming on Redwood Road
As part of road widening efforts, crews will begin demolition activities on the east side of Redwood Road as early as next week. Traffic shifts to the west side of the road will begin to allow room for work. Drivers should be aware of new traffic patterns and drive cautiously.
Milled roadway ready for asphalt paving - north of Tanner Lane
Compacting base materials - north of Lake View Terrace Road
WIDENING: 400 South to Lake View Terrace Road
Redwood Road: Asphalt paving from 400 South to Grandview Boulevard will begin this weekend. Placement of road base materials continues near Lake View Terrace Road. Signal work at Grandview Boulevard is underway as crews install the signal poles.
Drainage work - south of Lake View Terrace Road
Grandview Boulevard and Lake View Terrace Road:
Utility and drainage work is ongoing. Asphalt paving may begin as early as this weekend. Pedestrians should avoid construction areas.
Completed sidewalk and curb and gutter - Grandview Boulevard
RESURFACING: Village Parkway south, approximately 10 miles
Project Nearing Completion
Minor construction activities are taking place as crews work on final details of the project. Beginning mid- to late October, a guardrail will be installed near mile marker 21 (about four miles south of Harbor Parkway). One-way flagging will be used during this operation to allow room for work.
